Our Employee Security


  • All Access Employees must be fingerprinted and placed into the FBI- Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS).

  • All Access Employees must take and pass the FBI CJIS Training and Testing Program.

  • All Access Employees must go through the NAID Certification-Employee Protocol. This includes a background check as well as passing the NAID Certification Employee Training and Testing Program.

Our Plant Security

  • Southeast Secure Shredding shred plant security measures are as follows:
  • All Access points are monitered by an alarm system.
  • 24 hour Closed Circuit Camera System monitoring all access points as well as shredding activities with clarity sufficient to identify people and their activities. CCTV recording are maintained for a minimum of 90 days.
  • Southeast Secure Shredding Plant is a 24 hour lockdown facility.
  • All Southeast Secure SHredding Plant security measures, security equipment, written policies as well as physical locks are inspected and audited by NAID inspectors during the yearly and unannounced NAID Certification Audits.

Our Approach to Security


One of our professional security representatives will conduct A RISK ASSESSMENT either on-site or over the phone to identify and recommend areas where one of our services can mitigate risk.

Southeast Secure Shredding uses industry leading SECURITY CONTAINERS for all document collection and destruction services.

A Southeast Secure Shredding ALL-ACCESS EMPLOYEE will will collect your confidential documents into one of our locked security containers after a representative signs to release custody to us.

At Southeast Secure shredding our VEHICLES ARE GPS-EQUIPPED to allow easy tracking of transportation to and from our facility.

Your confidential documents are removed from our vehicles at our SECURE DESTRUCTION FACILITY, to be destroyed using a NAID AAA certified process. Southeast Secure Shredding does not use a transfer station or temporary storage facility in our destruction process.

A SERVICE RECEIPT is issued at the time of service outlining the services performed and date of your next service. A CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION is issued with your invoice to provide further peace of mind.
